"Really cozy apartment in East Village! The unit is super conveniently located with Trader Joe's, Target, other markets & delis, subway station, all just literally steps away. It's also fairly near Hertz, so we were able to return our car rental and walk back to the unit (maybe 20 minutes). We stayed during the snowy season and were delighted when the unit was already toasty the first night we arrived. The overall feel of the unit was slightly tight/narrow, but hey it's a unit in the middle of...

"Cons: Hotel allows pets. Room had cat/dog hair all over the floor and on an upholstered chair. Ended up with hair on my clothes. Immediately had problems with allergies. Hotel in a very active and loud neighborhood. The windows do not stop the sound. The neighborhood was noisy until about 4 am (Fri, Sat). The hotel does provide ear plugs which are necessary.
