Please note that this rental home is the second floor of the larger Arnold Beach House unit. Each unit is available to rent separately, or to rent together for up to ten guests.
With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom this lower floor unit has room for up to four guests.
The Hot Tub is available to guests, but is shared between the upstairs and downstairs rentals.

The living room has two couches - one converts to a sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and a fireplace - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring all the fun to be had in Rockaway Beach.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with a view at the dining table that seats 8 as you gaze out at the majestic Twin Rocks in the distance.

Working remotely? The queen bedroom has a desk so you can send a few emails before catching an early morning crabbing charter or hitting the links for an early tee time at Manzanita Golf Course. Spend the day hiking scenic trails, or exploring seven miles of sandy beach, then return home for sunset cocktails on the front deck.

Overall, it was a good stay. Location is great as its further away from the lil shops and all the busier accommodations in the area. The view from the deck is absolutely amazing. It would be nice to have some beach chairs out there but I made due with one of the dining chair. Theres a short walk to the beach. I would suggest wearing long sleeves & long pants because the beargrass along the path will irritate your skin. Very beautiful beach. Cleanliness needs major improvement. There was candy left behind the couch. Popcorn kernels under another couch. There were chocolate M&M that camouflage into the brown couch and melted into one of my sweat pants. Appliances were a bit dusty and sticky to the touch. I had to go get my cleaning wipes from my car as I couldnt find any cleaning products. Dining chairs and back of both couches were quite dusty. When I entered the unit it smelled like wet wood & garlic. The cleanest room in the entire unit was actually the bathroom & shower. I do need to apologize for forgetting to take out the trash as instructed upon my departure. Im very sorry for forgetting that. While Cleanliness left much to be desire, I did enjoy my stay there.

Overall my stay was great. The only thing I could say about the property is that with the amazing view that the upper unit has that it would be great to have some chairs to sit on to enjoy that view. One of the pull out beds was broken and it was hard to even get it back together into a couch.
