    Quiet lake retreat, ready for your enjoyment! This cottage is perfectly placed right across the street from Lake Taneycomo. Enjoy the feel of a lakefront cottage with updated amenities!



    The Space:

    There is no better place to be. Plan a perfect getaway at Rockaway Beach. Enjoy all the area has to offer or head into Branson (11 Miles away) for all the fun filled activities of Branson!



    You will have an adorable cottage to spend your downtime in after all the activities of the day. This home features a nicely equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for the group to hang out. Step out outside and take in the sounds of the lake and the amazing views from our outdoor seating area.



    Sleeping Arrangements:

    Bedroom 1: King size bed

    Bedroom 2: Queen size bed

    Bedroom 3: Two (2) Twin over twin bunk beds

    Washer & Dryer now available.

    *Propane grill - Communal use

    *The pool at this location is maintained by the by a third-party team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

A great little place overall! It served us well. The laundry situation is not ideal if you need to do a lot during your stay as it is accessed from outside the house in the cellar. Only parking room for two vehicles. Host/ Freedom rentals was helpful while we were there

Cute group of cabins located near the water, a very quiet small town with a wonderful coffee shop at the top of the hill. My kids loved the pool and the kids room had lots of books and games they could use. The kitchen seating was perfect with the breakfast nook. We forgot a booster/high chair for our youngest and they had a high chair on site. Anything we needed they had available and we hope to come back in the future.

Our stay was nice overall. The place is small, but it had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The bathrooms and kitchen had plenty of supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen also had all the essentials for cooking and dining. One suggestion for the kitchen: the utensils drawer could use a good dusting/clean-out.In the kids’ room with the bunk beds, it would be helpful if the ladder faced outward so smaller kids sleeping on the top bunk could climb up more easily. The bedding also seemed worn, the top bunks were dusty, and the pillowcases on the decorative pillows were dirty.Other than those issues, we had a good stay.

I have stayed at several VRBO properties and would say this is the worse. Refrigerator not cooling properly Maintenance showed up at 11 pm Was never followed up on Pool that the property advertised is dirty , pump was broken and nobody seemed to know how to fix it Bathroom toilets dirty and shower curtains had film and slime Horrible cost for what was advertised

We enjoyed our stay. There was not much in the immediate area, but it is located within minutes of Branson and all the activities it has to offer. Other than the floor the home was clean. It looked clean but our socks & wiping the floor up it was dirty. The decor was nice yet the seating was not made for comfort, very low to the ground and hard to get out of. My husband enjoy fishing on the lake.

Very clean, well stocked

The property was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. Being across the street from fishing was a plus for my grandkids.

The property was roomy, well-lit and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms, living & dining rooms, and bathrooms were well-appointed with new comfortable furniture and linens. The kitchen setup was top notch.

We had a nice stay, it was only a day but for what we needed, it worked. Minor issue with the door code, my mistake, but the host was on the ball which was surprising for a Sunday. The only need that they should consider: coffee filters. Likely an oversight, but would have helped my coffee craving. Otherwise, it was a nice quick stay. We will likely be back to enjoy the area during summer boating season. Thanks!

Fishing trip

This property was very clean. Location was ideal doe a fishing trip. Cottage is across the road from Rockaway Beach fishing pier.

The lake view was beautiful. We did have a couple of issues with the cottage that were quickly resolved. My stay was actually November 7th to the 10th. The cottage had plenty of room for 4 of us. Also had plenty of supplies dishes stuff to cook with and clean up after ourselves. Would definitely consider staying again.
