"Loved the indoor and outdoor options for the pools. Water was warm and they were very clean. Towels were provided and they were always well stocked. Rooms were clean. Bathroom area a bit too small. Breakfast was good, would like some yogurt and juice options. Friendly and helpful staff."

"I loved everything about Black Hawk Motel and Suites. It was nice and clean, the staff was pleasant, our room was so cozy and the jacuzzi tub was such a great addition. I highly recommend this place. We plan to visit again."

"We loved all the activities that were included with the stay! We swam in the indoor pool the night we arrived and went to the water park the next day. Everything was included and aside from paying $2 for grippy socks for our kids we didn't have any extra expenses. The room was comfortable and our kids loved the bunk bed. "

"Good: park was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was friendly but very judgmental, ie if you don’t know the proper procedure for using a double tube. Cons: it’s far from the dells, like 15-20 minutes to anything worth seeing. Staff seemed mostly Immigrants, had a hard time communicating with the staff due to their ESL. Overall, you get what you pay for. Good for a quick/cheap trip for a larger group but you better just cook/stay there and not travel into town much. "
