Bay Haven Cottage---Comfortable redecorated cottage with lots of amenities featuring all new beachy decor with open floor plan, comfortable queen and twin beds, gel foam mattresses, flat screen TVs, WiFi, Netflix, Hulu, Alexa, SS appliances including, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove/oven, fully stocked kitchen--dishes, cutlery and cookware, puzzles, cards, DVDs, located in one of the last working fishing villages on the Chesapeake.
In addition to fishing, visitors to Rock Hall can enjoy boating, biking, boutique shopping, dining in one of the many restaurants, cafes and bars, or just relaxing on the nearby beach. Visit the Wildlife Preserve and hike the trails. Trolleys are available in the summer season to pick up and return visitors to Rock Hall businesses and amenities--no worries about parking, designated drivers or finding your destination!
Food market, liquor store, gas station, drug store, fresh local produce, all nearby.
Rate: $199. each (2 night minimum)
Weekly: $1200.
Damage deposit: $300.

Quaint small home in perfect location of the town and all this beautiful time capsule of peace and tranquility has to offer. If you looking for a small cottage in a quiet location, this is the spacious place for you. Decor was very homey and plenty of DVDs to watch with the children.

Refrigerator was extremely dirty. Called Diane and she came right over and cleaned it. Wall air-conditioner in living room wall, air filter was clogged and dirty to the point that I am amazed that the unit functioned. Sat on one of the plastic chairs on front deck and it split at the arm rest. ( I weigh 180 lbs) Toaster in cabinet was filled with crumbs. Kitchen is nicely set up. Bathroom is comfortable. Lack of use of the front room, which is displayed on the photo for the property was a disappointment.

Great location, cozy place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was ideal as we could walk to different places around rock hall and right across the street was a stop for the shuttle that runs on weekends so that was convenient. The process of getting in and out of the property was simple and efficient. We loved our stay.

Great stay for triathlon

We were in town for the local triathlon and had a great stay! My kids (3&4) and I were able to walk to the finish line from the location. The house was clean and large enough that we were all comfortable. If you have kids, it’s across the street from a cool boat playground. Diane was very responsive to my questions and provided plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Overall, a great stay!

Great Location

Stayed for the weekend before dropping our daughter off at camp and found it to be a great property for our little group. House was decorated well, A/C worked well, nice open concept in the family room/kitchen/dining area. All of the instructions were communicated accurately.

Great location

Second time staying as this property and will continue to be our go to vrbo when needed. Very comfortable and has everything needed while in Rock Hall. Had some difficulty opening up door with key pad initially, but was able to figure it out. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing house and community

We were there for the local triathlon weekend. This property was centrally located within easy walking distance to the water, race site, and restaurants. We didn't get much of a chance to explore downtown but still had a great time relaxing and talking to the locals!

Just about perfect.

The home decor and furnishings, location, and town were just what we needed. We did have to collect and bag up all the scented products during our short stay. We assumed the cottage had not been used recently and the various scents were strong. When we finally figured out how to set the mini split heating and cooling system, we were comfortable. Views of the lush lanscaping and birds through the windows was a highlight for us.

Weekend at Rock Hall

Beautiful cottage! We enjoyed our stay at Bay Haven Cottage, The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious and was comfortable for us. The location is great, close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Wedding

The place was very easy to find. Located very close to the wedding venue. Despite the nasty weather, we still enjoyed our stay. If I were to plan an East Coast getaway I would definitely stay here. We weren’t in the house much as we had so many wedding activities. But it has everything that would make a long term summer visit wonderful.

Rock Hall getaway

We stayed here for our anniversary. It is a lovely cottage with seascape decor throughout. We really felt at home and relaxed. Everything was clean, so pretty, and left us wanting to stay longer. We will definitely come back.

Just the Perfect Spot

This was our first time visiting the area, wanted something close to the water and also walkable to what the town has to offer. This property fit the bill perfectly! We brought our own kayaks and were able to walk them across the street to the marina and put right in. Walking to town or the other end of the town to see the sunsets was nice too. The house itself was very thoughtfully laid out and comfortable. Would love to stay again!
