Cozy Cape Cod nestled in the heart of Rock Hall, sleeps 8 with pond view!

At the Tipsea Crab, take a break from the hectic pace of everyday life and visit the town of Rock Hall on the Chesapeake Bay. Our well maintained Cape Cod is located in the coveted neighborhood Waterman's Estates in Rock Hall. Enjoy a walkable lifestyle with the docks of Rock Hall Harbor just a few blocks away along with the shops and restaurants on the town's Main Street. Walk from the covered front porch in to a comfortable open floor plan sporting hardwood and smart controls including temperature control and keyless entry. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, island, and glass sliding doors out to the spacious deck. Take advantage of one floor living with a full bathroom, laundry and 2 bedrooms one with king the other with a queen . Upstairs you find 2 more generous sized bedrooms both with two queen beds each flooded with natural light along with another well appointed bathroom. The rear yard is perfect for creating memories either on the pristine wood deck, grassy fenced yard, or gravel fire pit lounge area overlooking the community pond (pond for viewing, not swimming). So many things to do go sailing , fishing, biking , or to the family friendly beach , hike or explore the local Eastern Wildlife Refuge. Remember " Nice people live here"
We have 2 security cameras on the exterior corner of the house which monitor the front and side entrances when the house is vacant.

Hidden Gem

This was our first trip to Rock Hall but won’t be our last. This house made the trip very enjoyable. It was very comfortable, clean, and felt like a home. The house has plenty of space for the six of us and had everything you could want or need during your stay. It is close by to many things to do in the town and near the water. The hosts were so nice and went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. Exceptional rental property and would highly recommend to anyone. We can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful Vacay

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I had no concerns about safety. I was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the tools to cook. The list of information and instructions was also very helpful. I would definitely come back.

Rock Hall Christmas

Wonderful house to stay in for the holidays. Beautifully decorated for Christmas in a quiet neighborhood with a water view. Was a very cozy home away from home for the holiday!

Bookclub Retreat

This property was great for our group of 6 adults. Plenty of space for us to hang out, comfortable rooms and beds, the kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately with the weather we weren’t able to use the outside much but it was very cute and looked cozy! It is a short walk to Main Street with cute shops, a grocery store and coffee shop. We all would happily come back again!

Peaceful stay in Rock Hall

Rock Hall is the perfect little bay town and this property captures that same appeal. Spacious home with great outdoor space. Lovely neighborhood for walks and bike rides. Everything in home worked perfectly. We are certain to return.

Great place!

The 6 of us came down for Waterman's triathlon weekend. The location is less than a .5 mile from the end of the race which was great! The bedrooms were big and spacious. The outdoor grill and outdoor space were fantastic. We wish the kitchen and common spaces were a little larger, but we can't always get what we wish for! We would definitely stay there again! Celebration of Parents/Grandparents

Family gathered for the weekend to celebrate our parents/grandparents who both recently passed this year. They owned a house in Rock Hall for 25 years, where we had regular family gatherings, giving us so many fond memories. The weekend was bittersweet as we returned to Rock Hall for the first time in years. The house was lovely, cozy, has a great deck, fire pit and shed with well taken care of bikes and games. It was clean and beds were comfortable. We would stay there again. Thank you for renting your home for others to enjoy!

Beautiful property and house

Great House!

Clean, high quality kitchen and cooking equipment (not always true of rentals!), quiet and safe neighborhood for kids to ride bikes, spacious bedrooms, quality mattresses and bedding, great outdoor spaces for hanging out (yard is bigger than it looks in photos). Only drawback is the relatively small living space (kitchen/dining/living room) for our large group of six adults and 3 young kids. But the variety of things to do in Rock Hall and surrounding areas kept us out and about most of the time. Very mellow, quiet but friendly and fun part of the Eastern Shore. Hosts were helpful responded to questions immediately. Five stars!

A perfect relaxing vacation spot

It was our first time staying in Rock Hall and this Cozy cottage was perfect! We vacationed with family ranging in all ages and it was enjoyed by all (even our dog). The neighborhood was cute, the view was great, and the location was close to everything! I truly have no complaints and we look forward to vacationing here again!

This property was very nicely decorated and the cleanliness is a big thing for me and it was so clean ease of checking in having the towels and sheets already there and a very nice little basket when we got there we definitely stay here again

Beyond expectations with the exception of the small bedroom on the first floor. The room probably was laid out for a nursery, was too cramped, had a queen size bed and NO DRESSER AND NO CLOSET HANGER SPACE.

Charming and spacious house in close proximity to beautiful Rock Hall, MD

Beautiful property, both inside and out, which was comfortable for two families with numerous children. Hosts were kind enough to make amenities beyond the usual available, including yard games, fishing rods, fire pit, and bicycles. We were VERY comfortable throughout our stay and were appreciative of everything this charming house had to offer. Three out of the four bedrooms had enough space for a crib, and the last still had a queen size bed that fit perfectly in the space with room to move around. Internet connection was flawless and speedy. Check-in process was seamless and the house was extremely clean and well cared for. Neighbors were also SO welcoming and helpful :). Thank you for a wonderful stay!
