Neighborhood not great. sofa in living room very stained. Front porch dirty. Wasn’t nearly as nice as pictures made it look. Beds were very comfortable and close enough to Park Ave restaurants to walk. Just a little rougher than we had expected.

Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

DoubleTree by Hilton Rochester
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The environment wad peaceful , calm and quiet. My room and bathroom facility was cleaned daily. The staff were professional, and courteous. There hotel guests are the priority and they make every effort in delivering that type of service.

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
There was a constant smell of weed, the room had the shampoo holder off the wall, no clock in the room, the lamp that had the outlets didn’t hold the plug, the mattress did not stay in place. There was garbage that sat outside for 48 hrs. Just cancelled my future stay.

Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites
We went for my son open house in RIT and it’s a long drive from NYC. The staff at the front desk were so nice and the guy at the breakfast was so kind he give us a container for pancakes we are running late. This was so nice of him we really appreciate after a good night sleep and rest. We probably ...
