Ranch with a Hot Tub. Please be aware that by booking this home you are accepting that we are not liable for any accidents that happen while using the Hot Tub.

Guest will have access to the entire house besides the garage

Our neighborhood is very quiet. We have a corner store within 2 mins walking and we have 2 playgrounds at walking distance. We also have a dollar store within a 15 mins walk. We also have plenty of restaurants within a few miles away.

We are a pet-friendly Airbnb host. A max of 2 pets. Just let us know ahead of time.

RULES:

Based on prior experiences we have some NEW very important rules that everyone will need to follow.

• Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. Only people on the booking registration could stay in the house ($250 fee)
• No Smoking ($250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment)
• No Locals without approval
• Quiet hours from 10pm-7am

Snow plow services will be provided during winter months

We have a portable crib (pack and play), high chair, car seat and stroller upon request. Let us know as soon as possible if you need one!

Family Christmas gathering

This was a nice central place for us all to gater to celebrate Christmas. We were able to make meals and everyone came to us from the surrounding area. Three generations together.

RIT family visit

We came to visit our Tiger who is a RIT student and enjoyed our stay. Nelissa was very prompt with communication and very helpful when we had questions. The hot tub was an added bonus, we will be back!

Great place for a family

This was an awesome place for our family to stay for the weekend. It felt very secure and we especially appreciated the enclosed back yard for our kids to play in the morning. If I could have given this property 4.5 stars, I would have! My only objections were that it smelled very strongly of cats when we arrived and that there were a lot of bees around the property (especially after they mowed). Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back!

Wedding weekend

We came in town for a wedding where I served as a bridesmaid. We loved the communication from the very start when we first booked the house. Narissa communicated every step of the way. The house is beautiful. Being as though my weekend was busy and dealing with a wedding it was stressful so coming back to a jacuzzi was just what I needed. Will book this house when we return.

Last minute retreat from the city during spring break

This was a last minute booking for my family of 5, looking for a respite from the city with the kids during spring break. We wanted a warm and cozy home with a fenced in back yard for the kids to play, and our needs were met. The home was warm and inviting, clean and well cared for. The yard had a few play items for the kids and the Roku TV, multi-charging station were welcome. Near shopping and excursions particular to the region (hiking trails, vineyards, parks), The property owners were attentive and gracious. Would definitely revisit and recommend!

Amazing Stay

The stay was amazing. There was a total of 6 of us and we had a great time. I loved that we were able to have the whole home in privacy to ourselves and the neighborhood was very quiet and spacious as well. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, cooking supplies, seasonings, storage space, and sitting space. We had access to online streaming and were able to watch movies. We were even able to watch the New Years ball drop right from the tv! The host really outdone herself!

Great place but no very professional

It’s clearly stats on the description that there is no Parties or Gatherings at all. As soon as I arrived I received a phone call from the owners saying no to have parties and that I wasn’t supposed to have more than 2 guest. Online it stats that the house could sleep 10 people. I was just going to have my parents over for dinner but decided not to because I felt Harassed by the owners already. Then not even an hour to arriving someone came to the residence to check up on the house. Instead of him identifying himself he asked for the owner as if I didn’t know he was checking to see what was going on at the place. I didn’t even feel comfortable staying at the residence after this so I booked a hotel to spend some time with my parents for my Birthday. I honestly wanted to ask for a refund right after the phone call but I knew that was possible

Holidays with Family

Came up for the holidays and found this cute little house for our week stay. It was perfect location, as it was close to our family and everything near by for groceries and restaurants. Nelissa was a great host with quick responses to all questions and made our stay that much better and easier. Thank you so much for sharing your house for our family. This house was perfect for my visit to Rochester! Very clean and neat with some extra personal touches. The location is central to everything I was in town for and easy to navigate. Just right as alternative to hotel!

We were headed to a beach wedding and looking for something close for 7 of us. This worked out perfectly. Was closer to the beach than Rochester hotels and so much easier with 2 small children. The home owner was sweet to provide snacks and refridgerator essentials!
