  • Plan your next getaway to stay at this inviting and bright family home --updated with a relaxed throwback vibe!

    Centrally located on the border of Pittsford/Henrietta and minutes from the 590 and 390 expressways, you are close to shopping, cultural events, Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a Wegmans grocery store minutes away. A beautiful new YMCA is two minutes away.

    Sleeping six, there are three bedrooms and two baths all located on the same level of this ranch home.

    You will self check-in to your stay via keypad on the front door, with a lockbox w/key as backup.

    I am available via the Airbnb portal or in emergency by phone; please let me know what you need to enjoy your stay!

    There is a section of the yard fenced for pets. Pets welcome if approved by host - $25/night/pet. Please enquire. Fee will be requested a few days prior to your arrival.

    Parking in driveway with room for several vehicles - and a turnabout for changing direction.
    No shoes in the house please.

    NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

    Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

    Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

The home was very cozy and clean. Everything that we needed was available. Great location, communication with the host was quick. I will definitely stay here again for my next visit to Rochester!

Comfortable home with plenty of amenities. We appreciated the extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchen ware. We were also grateful for use of a washer and dryer. The location of the home is very convenient and close to things.

Everything was clean and neat and well stocked. We have no problem cooking for our college students after their tournament. Will definitely stay again in the future should we need to!

Great place to stay!!!

The house was perfect for our family. It was in a great location, close to shopping and eating. Definitely would recommend staying here if visiting the area.

Perfect location for doing multiple things around RochesterHome was very clean and comfortable for us and our 3 adult children. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was great to deal with. For a reasonable additional charge we were able to host a cocktail reception for our daughters graduating roommates and their parents. The living/dining area was ideal for a gathering of 25 and the driveway held 8 cars. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location

Great location for our class reunion. The house fit our needs perfectly. We especially loved having the deck to sit outside and the BBQ for cooking.

Nice amount of space in a quiet location

Comfortable, clean, and quiet accommodations off the beaten path, but not too far from things to do. The property shows its age in a few places, but overall it’s a good value.

Our stay was wonderful during a time when comfort and convenience meant so much to us. The owner communicated exceptionally well throughout our visit, regularly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days.We stayed here while my husband was having surgery at the Wilmot Cancer Institute, and the location was incredibly convenient. The home felt warm and inviting — exactly what we needed during a stressful time. We’re very grateful for the thoughtful hospitality and would absolutely recommend this property to others.

Great stay for graduation weekend

This is a lovely property, with charming mid-century decor, great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the big picture windows, and deer roaming about. Cheryl was a pleasure to rent from. Thank you!

Nice ranch

House as pictured, en suite bath very small and overall fine for 4 guests. Needs some care( hole in bedroom door) on a busy street but parking and able to turn around good. Would stay again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The house was as pictured. Plenty of space for the four of us, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were fine. The house does sit on a somewhat busy street however you don’t really notice the noise from inside. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient

Stayed at the home by myself with my dog. I felt safe there. Home was clean. Home just a short drive to multiple parks and stores which was convenient. Property manager was very nice.

Post Christmas get together

Spacious house, good for a 3 night stay for our family of 5. Convenient location for visiting with family in the area. On a busy street but not noisy at night. The host is available and responsive. Check in was easy. The house itself is clean and comfortable although shows some signs of wear in places. Overall a very nice experience.

Great Stay- Convenient location

The house was nice and convenient to RIT (Rochester Inst of Technology) as we attended graduation ceremonies. Lots of room to spread out with a nice kitchen, LR/DR. Bathrooms in nice shape and the laundry room was convenient. Others have described the "somewhat busy street" ; however, you don’t hear any road noise from inside. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. And, the owner is great as we needed some dining suggestions and they were super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Just as expected

The house was very spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. It has a nice little private deck off the kitchen and a good sized back yard. The beds were comfortable and the living room has lots of pillows for when you want to settle in and watch TV. Cheryl checked in to be sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend the house and I would definitely stay again when visiting family in Rochester. Thank you, Cheryl for your hospitality!

Worked well for our family

The home was clean and comfortable. The set up of the dining room and living room made socializing comfortable. The home needs an outdoor light to be able to access entrance easily after dark. A trip to the thrift store to replace chipped plates and bowls is needed as is more coffee cups. The dining room chairs also need attention. In general the property was perfect for our get together.

Decent home in noisy area.

The house is reasonably priced, nicely equipped, but on a busy noisy four-lane. Otherwise as expected. Kitchen and washer/dryer in good condition. Odd open stair to basement should have a gate available for families with toddlers.
