The owner communicates well, the cabin is clean and full of everything you need to cook meals and be comfortable. Lots of space for visiting and cooking outside as well. We hope to be back again next year! "

"The cabin was clean and so comfortable for our group. We stayed with our son, daughter in law and 7 year old grandson. The toy box was a huge hit with our grandson and we appreciated the ability to close of our own sections of the house. Would 100% recommend to any group needing a place to stay. If we ever need a place to stay in Licking in the future, this is definitely where we will be staying!!"

"The house was lovely and was even decorated for Christmas. This is a perfect place for adults and perhaps older children. My only problem is that it is also an antique shop and there is a price tag on most of the furnishings and decorations and i was stressed due to having a special needs child and was worried he would break something so we couldn't fully relax"

"The place is good, overall we're happy with our stay, but here's a list. No curtains or blinds in the kitchen. Utensil drawer track broken. There was nothing to hang clothes on in 2 of the 3 bedroom closets. Bathroom door has no door stop, so it hits the wall when opened. Hot and cold water are reversed in the bathroom sink. We would stay here again, but would like to see a couple very simple fixes. "

"So clean it seemed brand new. The knotty pine interior was beautifully decorated with cowboy/longhorn motif. It was just perfect. The cabin are situated so the large number of gorgeous longhorn cattle are just a few yards from the back deck. If you want quiet and a star filled sky, this is the place for you. "

"This was a great , spacious house and was perfect for my family this weekend. The house was very lcean, well decorated, comfortable beds and couch. All needs were anticipated and we were thankful to not need to run out for forgotten toothbrush or soap. We look forward to booking again at this property. "

"We had the best time. Went to eminence which is just 50 minutes away for a float trip and went trout fishing at montauk state park which was just a short 20 minute drive. Cute community with all the essentials. Grocery store, restaurants and more within walking distance. This house was perfect for our family getaway. Will be staying again."
