"It was only a quick stay but noticed that the check-in took time because reception had to check housekeeping for room availability (this is just weird because it was already past 3pm — rooms should be available). Also, they may want to consider checking the doors of the room because there’s no soft closing and it bangs loudly. Aside from that, everything else is great and location is almost unbeatable — it connects to the mall and 15 minutes to the airport, with no traffic."

It doesn’t look nearly as good in person especially the room. Also the rooms have no fridge or anything to heat up food. You can stay at better hotels in Manila for the price you pay here."

"I think the hotel is what it needs to be. It is a mid level hotel. Our room had cracks and tape as repairs which isn't a great look. But the staff is amazing and they offer free water for your water bottle."

"Booked here to accommodate a family flight that got delayed, it was already past 8pm when I started booking, I noted in the comments we wouldn't be arriving till 1-2 am. Then when it was finalized I get the policy they only check in till 9pm. I instantly requested to cancel the booking and never got any response. I ended up having to book at another hotel and pay for a room here that I was unable to check in to."

"The breakfast buffet was great with a very large selection to choose from. The bath water was warm and comfortable. Airconditioning was working perfectly. Beds were clean. I took my dirty towels to the workers that cleaned the rooms for new ones. I did not have room service to clean the room. But they called everyday and offered. "Convenient location for the airport and next to a shopping centre. Secure off-street parking if required. Rooms are fairly basic and could do with modernisation, but are otherwise a good size and comfortable. Can be noisy if on the street/traffic side, but quiet if at the back."

"Way too many carbs and food was over salted. Dining staff was excellent. I ordered a king bed and got two twin beds for a couple. I had to prop pillows on the side to stop falling off the bed. The hair dryers smoked and smelled like burning wires. The TV didn't work and the checkin staff charged me 400 php for that 2 hour checkin despite all the problems of the room.
