"This was a celebration for my Niece's Birthday. My daughter lives in Sacramento and joined us. This apartment is in a good location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants. We spent Monday at Old Town and then short walk to Golden 1 for WWE. This is not a stand alone house. There are three apartments grouped together. It was clean and comfortable. "

"The location worked well and has dedicated parking. The apartment has been created from part of a larger house that has tenants, and you can hear them, including kids, running around and talking. The layout is four contiguous rooms: kitchen, living room, walk-thru bathroom to the bedroom. The window unit in the living room isn’t super effective at cooling the bedroom during a May heat wave (low 90s) and requires that bedroom and bathroom doors stay open to have a chance. "Love this house! The location was wonderful! It’s close to river, zoo, park and in a lovely little neighborhood. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of the house. Will definitely stay here again if in the Sacramento area and will happily refer our friends. "

"The house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful home, well kept. We enjoyed the pool it was very relaxing. There were also a ton of toys that my kids really enjoyed playing with. Tons of space for the kiddos to play. Loved the coffee table books on the architect. "

"The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run! Eating dinner on the patio in the evening was also a highlight. The kitchen is very pretty and so are the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. ...

"My sisters and I were in town for my daughter's wedding. We helped prepare food for the wedding using the kitchen. The house was so perfect for us! We loved sitting outside on the deck watching the birds and hummingbirds. The neighborhood was so quiet, so we were able to rest and relax. "

"This property was interesting. Clean and very conveniently located to downtown and attractions. Everything worked as expected. Keypad entry to the house. The entire upstairs was the master suite which was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Items that could be improved: The master bedroom/upstairs did not have a chair or bedside lamps to make reading an option without overheads on. There was no TV in the master/upstairs. "Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first."

"Your place was fantastic. The linens were top notch. You did the best you could with the small bathrooms. Regarding the bed. It seemed perfect until I woke up in the middle of the night and where I was lying had dipped down. I had to move to the other side where it was even. My niece had the same experience. Probably nothing you can do about it, but I wouldn't want to sleep on that bed again.Just a few suggestions to make it even better.-Put the instructions for the thermostat in the book.-Not...
