"Property was very good. I only have two very minor comments. Apparently the water heater was set conservatively since the shower water temperature was a bit cooler than I would have liked. The property requested the dish washer be run upon checkout, but I couldn't find any dishwasher detergent pods. (I ran it anyway and left a note about no pods.) Overall, very good and I would certainly stay there again."

"This place exceeded my expectations, it was stunning! They didn’t miss a single detail and the interior decorator did an amazing job! The pool was so much fun and the area was very peaceful! We would return, this was the best experience I’ve ever had in a short term rental, there are zero complaints, it was so perfect! "

"This was our 2nd time staying at the Cozy Bungalow. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) you need to cook a full meal. Beds are comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood, great for taking walks. We will stay again on our next trip to Evansville!"

"Three ladies getting away for a long weekend found a perfect oasis. This is a beautiful, quiet, property with a large private backyard. Perfect to enjoy time outside with the fire pit, yard games, a cook out. This place looks exactly like the pictures, everything is spotless and looks new. We had no problems getting checked in or out and our host was promptly available to message. We all enjoyed the beds and having our own rooms was so nice to relax. "We had a great stay at Randy’s house. It was just as listed, clean and in a good location. Randy met us at the house and gave us a small tour and run down of how things worked- wonderful host. Our stay was short but if we had more time the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the hot tub looked like it would have been nice to use. "

"Our stay was great! The host was very prompt to respond. He made two deliveries with items we thought were there. Beds were comfortable! We had a rehearsal dinner in the barn area with approximately 50 people. Plenty of seating and parking. It was a perfect location for a nearby wedding."
