"Well appointed home. Location is gorgeous, extremely private, quiet, close to the river with 2 seating areas by the water, one with a fire pit and grill. Owners quick to respond. "

"Had a wonderful three day stay in this rustic mountaintop cabin. Kitchen was decently stocked, both bathrooms worked well, and beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive to the one question we had. Would definitely book again."

"The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice. It is beautiful here. The view from the porch is absolutely amazing. Location is close to anything you need. We kayaked nearby, hiked, ziplined, and fished every night. My kids even braved the dark to try some catfishing! They are HUGE and plentiful from the fishing area! You feel very secluded there. We even saw the Milky Way! We grilled, watched movies and just had a wonderful time!"

"We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Falling Leaf Cabin and had so much fun! We had meals at The Chop House Bistro, Dsrk Horse Irish Gastro Pub, West Main Market Beer and Wine Garden, Gathering Grounds Cafe and Glen Gordon Manor - all were fantastic! We loved the back deck and were often relaxing and reading our books out there. The hot tub was the best - seeing the fireflies at night in the yard was special. The beds were comfortable and Andrea was available for any questions we had....

"The Chalet was truly a perfect weekend getaway! We stayed two nights with our dog, Meeko, who had the time of his life exploring. The Chalet was beautiful, clean, and private. We enjoyed a trip to the caverns which was very convenient and spent the rest of the time at the cabin. There were board games which we played endlessly and the firepit was awesome. We roasted hot dogs and smores and enjoyed the outdoor space. The hot tub was clean and the relaxing. The views were just magical. A 10/10...

"The tranquility and peacefulness was just what we were looking for. We have already inquired about the other cabins and dates available. We will definitely book again! We hated to leave! 10 out of 10 stars!"

"Lovely property off the beaten path! Great place to just unwind and enjoy the quiet. Trails to walk and pretty stream to fish or cool off in. Definitely need bug spray in the summer but watching the fireflies at night was a treat! "

"The views of the Shenandoah River were incredible! Good A/C (especially in 90F) and nicely maintained home. Have to put your own linens on but no big deal. The hike down to the river for fishing can be tricky, and there's not much room to stand down there. We ended up wading in. "

"I willl recommend the cabin to everyone family and friends visiting the Bentonville area. The cabin is clean and comfortable. We had breakfast every morning on the back deck. I am ready for my next visit. "

"This was a perfect house for a group getaway! The property is immaculate with beautiful views. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The location is so convenient to downtown and great wineries. Would definitely stay here again"

"We had a great time staying at the cabin despite periods of rain. It's a great spot and has lots of nice additions, like a horse shoe game."

"Our stay at Bala’s home was wonderful. The location right on the river is perfect for a relaxing getaway. A very close drive to the National Park and Front Royal. The home is updated nicely and amenities are well stocked, above average kitchen supplies from the typical vacation rental. Do note that there are no tvs in the bedrooms which we appreciated but some may not. Overall it was great. "
