"Non smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. Room was clean enough but not great. Facility was dirty and sketchy."

"I’ve never stayed in a motel that didnt have air conditioning. It was stuffy inside my room when I arrived.i opened the windows and door and it was better. This older motel is beside a very busy road and the noise is bad. It quieted down after dark and the temperature dropped outside so I could close the door and windows. I couldn’t get the tv to work. I don’t think I would choose this motel again."

"Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. View was stunning by the bay right outside your sliding door. Everything is walking distance for food and shopping. I wish there was continental breakfast."

"We chose ocean front and so worth it. Don’t bring a lot of luggage. Lots of stairs. Room very nice and the view! Quite a walk to pool and breakfast but loved our room so no worries. Breakfast options were unimpressive."

"Beautiful little hotel right across the street from Old town. Very walkable. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Just know that 101 goes right in front of the hotel and there is some road noise. But all in all, a wonderful stay."

"Location was great. Advertised as Bay View, NOT A VIEW, the stairs going up to 2nd floor was our view. I would not have paid what I did but thought the price would be worth a view. Not one clock in the whole place. There was no ice machine on the property or even ice trays. The TV volume could not be turned up or down on remote or the actual TV. Bed was comfortable."
