"Check in and communication with Lisa was easy. We asked about the kayaks and they were moved to a very accessible location for our stay. The property was in a perfect location for our needs – close to Cedar Rapids Airport and also Iowa city. We were there for a family gathering and the night everyone came over it was about 11 of us. "Really great rustic home. Quiet property with millions of fireflies made for an unforgettable family home. We had 4 generations under one roof for a long weekend and the house accommodated us perfectly. Tons of games for the kids and rooms big enough when we wanted to be together and enough space when we needed it. "

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and its owners. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, lots of peace and quiet. Owner Karen really went all out to make sure our stay was peaceful and comfortable. "We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town!"
