"This spacious home is in a beautiful neighborhood and was a wonderful place to stay. We spent the weekend with our kids & grandkids and everyone had a great time. The basement gameroom was perfect for the kids to play and the main floor livingroom/diningroom/kitchen had loads of room for everyone to spread out but still be connected. The bedrooms were all huge. We just never felt cramped even though there were 12 of us. The highlight was seeing deer and a fox stroll through the back yard. ...

"It was an excellent option for people who don’t like the monotony of hotels. We loved the small town feel of the area! The decor is nice even though it wasn’t our first pick and there’s just enough room in the room. The only complaint we have is the grout in the bathroom needs cleaned and the bed was terrible, it looks like it’s going to be firm and then you lay down and you sink into the middle. The pillow were flat and didn’t give you any kind of comfort."

"It was a little discomforting at first with the cameras, but it’s understandable since this is their primary residence. I got used to it. Overall the house had everything I needed and they allowed me to park in the garage during storms, which was nice. I spent most of my time in the basement or the kitchen, overall I would recommend this place."

"Overall very plesant stay. 2nd bed should be replaced due to both noise and comfort level."

"Everything was nice. My only complaint is that we only had two towels, so when the toilet flooded there weren’t any spare towels to clean. Outside of that, evening was great! "

"Property really does have a lot of great features to it, including the pool, game room and fire pit. Really appreciate lots of bathrooms and bedrooms for all. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"Very nice clean and well appointed tiny home conveniently located near Kansas City. Host was prompt in replying to messages and very helpful with tips about the area. "

"Our stay was amazing. The house is great. It was clean amd spacious. The bedrooms are nice size and the beds are comfortable. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall, our stay was great! "

"Adorable property! Everything as pictured. The shower is heavenly. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras like night lights in every room, plenty of towels and washcloths, the darkening curtains in the bedrooms, the cute little balcony with seating, and extra batteries for the remotes. The owners are so friendly and kind. They really went above and beyond during our stay. Will definitely stay here again! "

"What a great location for Kansas City, I still can't believe we were able to get this a few days before Nebraska fans invaded the city for the game at Arrowhead. Close to Arrowhead Kauffman, downtown, westport, great food, nice neighborhood, etc. Had a hard time getting a ton of water pressure in the master bathroom shower, but a very very minor issue given how well the house worked for us. "

"Fantastic stay, great unique property. Easy to Uber to/from. Street car goes right past, although we didnt use it. Brent was very friendly, accomodating and quick to respond to questions and a minor maintenance glitch. Huge kitchen with every convenience and nicely stocked pantry. Great outdoor patio and comfy beds. Our group of old high school friends had a great time here!"

"This is a great property. Older house but updated. Bathrooms in every bedroom!! "

"Interesting older home and neighborhood to explore. Close to many attractions. Very dog friendly with small fenced yard. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay. We will book again when we return to KC"

"The house itself is great! My kids (and I) really had fun with the video games downstairs. The inside was extremely clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was a little run down but we never felt unsafe. If we go back to KC we will stay there again. "
