"The hotel itself was great. We stayed in a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was great! Did have an issue at the casino Sportsbook. If you make any bets on Sporting events, be aware you can only cash in your winnings from 1:00PM-9:00PM M-F. Weekend hours might be a little longer. Kiosks don’t pay out and the other cashiers won’t pay you. We had to leave the morning after I had won some bets so I had to go home all the way to Minnesota with a winning ticket. Can...

"Upon arrival it didn’t look bad. The staff I encountered first when checking in was polite and fast with getting me the room keys. I’m guessing that was around shift change.
The rooms appeared to be nice and clean but there was a shortage of towels, rags, no sheets for the pull out sofa bed. On the app it says under their amenities a crib can be provided if requested.
Started trying to ring the staff maybe 45 minutes after scoping the rooms and no answer at all.

"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."
