"The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. "

"Overall the stay was ok. The property is cute. The pool was nice. But on a main, loud road. The cottage was mediocre - Musty smell, hard uncomfortable bed, non working hair dryer and the staff could not get me another one. There was an iron but no ironing board. Decor was awful , felt like a motel. Would not stay again."

"A wedding in West Hampton is how we found Bayview Resort. 4 night stay June 25 to 29 of 2026 We reserved the King Deluxe Room and stayed in room 11 which was clean & comfortable. The grounds are well kept The salt water pool a delight & the dock over the bay water offered beautiful sunrises & sunsets, very relaxing. Brian & Patrick were very accommodating & friendly The Resort is close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We found it to be a hidden gem & would definitely reserve again. Highly...

"The Penny Lane provided a very new and clean room that was nicely decorated. The rug was quite rough and could not be walked on barefoot and the coffee maker in the room did not work. But we had a delicious breakfast that included Goldberg’s bagels and specialty coffee made by a server. It was pouring so we did not get to enjoy the pool. Expedias confirmation said check in was at 2 and Penny Lane said at 4 but we checked in after 5 since we came from a party. "
