" Way enjoyable stay. Nobody was there at check in but a. Wry nice gentleman on the kitchen staff let us in. I did have to call the number on the door and giver her the code that had been sent. Other than that it was a great stay. The woodwork the bed the charm and location were all great "

"Witness blonde management lady. Berate staff in front of customers. Very poor communication skill, killed the stay for us on how staff were treated."

"The hotel is not to the standard that I typically expect of Wyndham properties. At some point, it may have been a premium hotel but it is very dated. The lobby, restaurant, and conference rooms are decent. But, the hotel rooms are poorly decorated and look cheap. Additionally, our first room had an AC unit that didn’t work. Fortunately, the clerk provided us another room. The price is relatively low but the lodging is not a good value."

"Nice stay for a night or two but it was hot in our room (we are hot sleepers) and we cannot turn off the light without also turning off the fan. There is a high pitch noise that was constant and not loud but enough to disturb sleep if you are sensitive sleepers like us. No black out curtain. We enjoy the place but didn’t have restful sleep. Perhaps not for people who are light sleepers. Owner/host were responsive and communicate quick. Well kept and safe property - just old, as it is"

"We walked over bridge to concert. Great food close by."

"Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again. "

"This is my 2nd time staying at this particular property and I have always enjoyed my stay. Room was very comfortable and clean everything was perfect. I was in town for my granddaughter graduation."

"The toilet seat was loose The shower water pressure is too low I felt like I was getting peed on No phone chargers had to have the plug in No laundry bags Towel rack was falling off the wall When you pay that much for a room you expect these things Plus on line it says breakfast included when we went to breakfast they wanted $12.50 so we hit the road. Will never stay there again."
