"Really nice property. Large room. Standard Home2 layout which is always brilliant. Spacious room with kitchenette and full size fridge.
Easy access to everything needed (shops, food etc).
Kanny on the front desk was a stand-out. He was friendly and very helpful. Appreciated his knowledgeable conversation.
Would have rated higher but other front desk staff let property down. We asked three people on reception if there was coin metered parking downtown. Each basically shrugged their shoulders...

"Affordable hotel to stay at. Breakfast was good. There definitely appeared to have some drug activity in the parking lot. The local church puts up unhoused people in this hotel. Staff were present but I got the feeling at night they did not feel safe. I would recommend just staying in your room and not using amenities. "

"This hotel is new and in great condition. There is plenty of space in the parking lot that is well lite. The location has easy access to I-30. The staff is friendly and professional. They make you feel like you're a true guest and not just part of a financial equation. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good night sleep.
This is our goto place to stay when we are in the Arlington area."

"My trip was horrible the room smelled like somebody just smoked a pack of cigarettes and dog urine they would not change me rooms. The next morning we woke up we had bites all over our bodies my son was bleeding from scratching so bad. There was blood stains all on the sheets!"

"I was a little nervous because of the lower rating, but I have to say this place was cleaner than some Embassy and Marriott’s I’ve stayed in. The room was huge, too. The staff were friendly— they even made sure to ask how our kids did at their competitions (we were there for a state track meet) and cheered them on as we headed out to compete. **10/10—we would stay here again for the next state meet.**"

"We were there to attend our daughter’s TCU graduation, and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The event planner did a wonderful job transforming the hotel lobby into a fun and festive celebration with a sparkly balloon backdrop, “2026” display for photos, purple bead necklaces, custom TCU cookies, bagged popcorn in TCU’s colors, and refreshing Moxi drinks (which were a great alcohol-free touch). It was all very thoughtful and made the celebration feel extra special...

"The breakfast was cold. I have had much better breakfast that you serve yourself. Coffee was good and hot but you need a better selection of coffee creamer. The room needed a exhaust fan in the bathroom. The tub needed a mat for your feet. It was so slick i almiat fell trice. The beds were too soft and the pillows were terrible. I will not be staying again.
