"This is a lovely Victorian house filled with Victorian decor. Our bedroom was quaint and the bed very cozy. The gardens surrounding the house are lovely and the porch is a wonderful place to sit and relax. My only complaint is the breakfast. I expect bed-and-breakfast accommodations to offer proper home-cooked breakfast. Unfortunately this B&B offered no home cooked fresh food items. "This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."

"The room was clean, however no tissues in the tissue box and when we had used 1 roll of TP midway through our trip, it wasn't replaced by housekeeping, I had to ask at the desk for that. Trash cans are exceptionally small for a room with a kitchenette. TV's need a significant upgrade. It's 2026, not having the ability to stream is crazy especially when you only offer 40 channels at an extended stay type of hotel. Breakfast was okay, but offering pork carnitas with no tortilla or anything...

"I’ve stayed in MANY H2S it’s ll my husband and I stay in. The breakfast at the Champaign H2S was not so good. It was sloppy! Bacon on the floor, they were out of coffee and when I told the staff at the desk the coffee was gone the answer was “ok” and she never got any. I had to drink decaf that morning. She just stood there even though she had no customers around. I went to the grocery next door for a container of creamer since there was none out. The next day they refilled the creamer. I had to...
