"We are Modesto Birth & Beyond, a Doula Group, and we celebrated two of our Doulas who are pregnant with a small little sprinkle! It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!! "

"Beautiful property. A bit expensive for the area, but a nice home. I would recommend to the owners a new house cleaner as there were a for things left out of sorts."

"We were disappointed with the lack of amenities at the property. We only had bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. The kitchen was nice with nice appliances but the coffee machine’s water container was dirty with hard water build up. All of the locations that we have stayed in have provided coffee pods and condiments. There was.absolutely nothing at this place. There was water bottles and cans of soda in the refrigerator , which was nice. The room we stayed in had a blood stain on the wall...

"There was a bit of a hiccup with our booking but thanks to the quick thinking and great communication from our host everything worked out just great. We enjoyed using the hot tub while being guarded by one of the super friendly cats on the property. There’s a few friendly cats, some chatty yet indifferent goats, some chickens and a big ole dog that is definitely a friendly friend. It’s very serene out there and it’s very easy to just relax the night away. "

"Very cute older home that has been updated nicely. Was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We were very glad it had central A/C, as the weekend we stayed it was very hot! Check in and communication with owners was very easy. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Although this location is right on Orangeburg Ave, we enjoyed our stay. It was close to McHenry where you had access to lots of restaurants. The duplex was clean and spacious especially the master bedroom. We felt safe and would stay here again."
