"The property was situated in an area convenient to shopping, dining and sightseeing. We loved the outside garden for sitting and having a drink after a long day of climbing the wonderful hills of Lisbon. The room was immaculately made up. We would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location and the staff were very accommodating & responsive. Beautiful way to stay in Lisbon."

"De l'accueil au petit déjeuner en passant par la localisation de l'hôtel ou encore par le confort de la chambre, tout était parfait. Merci beaucoup à la réception pour leurs disponibilités. Je recommande à 200 %"

"Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly and professional staff."

"Great room, free espresso in room. Windows with nice view of street. Nice finishes on room decor."

"We had a wonderful stay at the AlmaLusa Baixa Chiado hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering to take care of restaurant reservations, tours, transit to the airport, anything we might need. The room was on the smaller side as expected but very comfortable and the maid service brought us extra towels and treats like fresh baked cupcakes and gifts of soap every evening. Location is very central and we could walk to many good restaurants in the Chiado/Alto Barrio area. Would...

"Late birds is a little oasis in the heart of Lisbon. Immaculate and very tasteful. The staff are very helpful and a breakfast is good. Location is excellent near plenty of good dining options and bars, with the main tourist Attractions a 10minute walk. Lisbon was an absolute joy and LateBirds likewise, will definitely return"

"Clean room. Convenient location. Washer/dryer in the room is most appreciated. Iara who helped us to check in the apartment hotel is very helpful and friendly."

"First time in Portugal, so we hadn’t heard of the Martinhal properties before booking the trip. We stayed in various areas but ended in Lisbon, where we stayed at Martinhal Chiado. The front staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and even gave us a heads up about departing from LIS (itself a challenging experience). We were quickly introduced to the kids club, and were warmly welcomed there as well - the kids ended up loving it there and never wanted to leave! The rooms were very...

"Sehr schönes großes Apartment mit Küche, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Drumherum schaut man sonst auf teilweise unbewohnte Terrassen und der Blick Richtung Meer auch nur von ganz oben vermutlich zu sehen, Leider ist nur eine große Bettdecke statt zwei Bettdecken vorhanden. Ansonsten lief die Kommunikation sehr gut."

"It was a cute hotel with friendly staff. We had this odor to the room which was unpleasant, not sure if it was the sanitation system or not."

"Amazing hotel with large rooms. Staff were very helpful and nice answering any questions you may have"

"Great location. Very clean and very staff helpful."
