"Cabanas Potosi is not fancy, but it had everything I needed for a nice, peaceful stay in El Valle. The property is located a short walk or drive from the town center, and is also about a 25 minute walk to the La India Dormida trailhead. Note that the lack of AC means the room can get a bit humid in the rooms during the rainy season, but the fan kept things cool. Dennis is a lovely and knowledgeable host, and his dogs are very friendly. "

"It was quiet and secluded. The gardens were amazing. Our accommodations were perfect for us. We did see some birds including a peacock and a toucan but were probably more interested in the plants than the birds. The pool was great. There are a great selection of restaurants and a well stocked grocery store in El Valle as well as lots of things to do even in rainy weather."

"If your looking to get away and enjoy nature this is the place to go. The house has the the amenities you need and more. The owner was great at sending detailed videos of exactly how to get to the property and walking trails near by. He was also Great at responding to any questions we had within minutes. The property and the area felt very safe as well. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return."

"Beautiful home with plentiful space and privacy. The location faces north west overlooking the valley. The community is gated with a security entrance. If you come up the road from El Valle there is another security gate that closes at 6pm, so be mindful of time or plan on an additional hour from that route. The only minor issue is the kitchen area. The knives are blunt dull and there is no seasoning or any stocked items to assist with making food. That's not why we're here of course, but...

"We absolutely loved staying at this property, and our host was very friendly and responsive to any questions or requests we had. We stayed for a whole month, so during our stay we ran into some issues here and there, but each time our host sent someone to fix them right away. "Una cabaña espectacular, con comodidad y vistas de ensueño. La propiedad es tan encantadora que no te dan ganas de irte por la paz que se respira y lo acogedora que es. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvere muy pronto. Algo a tomar en cuenta es que para llegar a la cabaña debe ser en un auto 4x4 por un tramo del camino que no esta asfaltado ( nada tampoco muy grave y vale a pena por el lugar) ya que un auto pequeño tendria mucha mas dificultad.
