"It is a very special place to stay. Very quite and safe. Also, Brian was great about solving any problems that came up during our stay. You do need a car while staying there, though."

"The house is in a wonderful location to walk to anywhere in town, and has great river views. I was very impressed with how clean and organized it he space was. Lots of thoughtful details in the living room of furniture pieces with multiple uses. Communication with the hosts was also prompt. Love having a little green space around the property as well. "

"Great place to stay and very conveniently located. There was construction across the street so initially it was difficult to find street parking. Once the construction workers left we were able to park right out front. Beautiful view and we had a family of mule deer (including two fawns) eating the flowers on the lawn. Very special."

"It was awesome soot for our out of towners. Will book again for certain. "

"Beautiful place, great location, wonderful views. Not quite as clean as expected. We looked forward to sitting on the deck but the furniture had a bunch of bird crap and spider webs on it so my wife was turned off and wouldn't go out there. Usual surfaces were clean, but anything not thought of was dusty. Could use a good detail once a month, especially at that price. Shower head and shower curtain rod needs an upgrade."

"The property could have been a little cleaner. Dog poop in the yard and cobwebs up high (we do understand they are in hard to reach places) and on the patio. We did find a big spider in the house. It was a great location and a fun old house in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again for sure."
