"The location of the Northlander Motel could not be better as it is walkable to a variety of restaurants and a large grocery store. My room was clean and large, and provided a very comfortable night of sleep."

We booked a same day stay in the afternoon for a 7pm check in, but we felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that we refused to stay. The property advertises valet parking but there was absolutely NO ONE on site when we arrived. The office door was locked , and the buzzer looked broken. Looking through the window while waiting for a response, the floor was cracked and dirty, with random items like tires, gas jug, and hand...

"The beds are just awful! Not only are they comparable to sleeping on a concrete slab but from the decades of people sitting on the edge of the bed the sag makes you feel like you’re about to roll out of them onto the floor! The pillows are also disappointing.. had a sore neck during my stay from them. Zero support for my neck. The main reason we were staying here is because of the pools… well the kiddie pool was taped off and shut down as were the 2 hot tubs! And it will take 3 weeks till they...
