"Front door took a while to lock; we doubt it locked properly some nights so were very concerned about safety. Listing stated that toiletries would be available and only hand soap was, not any shampoo or body wash which we had to buy ourselves. "Gotta give a shout out to the staff first. I requested extra pillows ahead of time and when we arrived to check in, they were already there. Later, when I mentioned my husband's bad back and said that we would appreciate (if possible) an extra mattress pad, they were extremely helpful and accommodating with what they had.
