"Nice staff"

"Beautiful hotel set in bucolic hill top location with spectacular views. The staff were welcoming , friendly and efficient. You can judge hotel service by the speed issues are addressed. We had a few minor issues : a safe without a key, a leak from the air conditioning unit , dud batteries in the telly remote and needed an extra pillow . Within minutes ,new safe ,new batteries ,extra pillow and air conditioning unit serviced immediately. Beautiful dining room with panoramic vistas including...

"Personal sumamente atento y servicial. Habitación excelente y hermoso lugar"

"For our first visit to Italy, this hotel, Perugia and all at Locanda Stella truly were the kindest most caring people. They took care of us from the start, got to know us and what we liked and preferred and had that ready for us each morning at breakfast. The room was beautiful and clean and super comfortable and the view could not be beat. We fell in love with this hotel and its owners and can not wait to go back. If you are on the fence, don’t be. This place exceeds all expectations!! We will...

"è stato un ottimo soggiorno con camere molto comode e spaziose, la pulizia è molto buona, la colazione è più che sufficiente, unico neo è che di sera non è abbastanza illuminato e l'insegna non è molto visibile"

"Vi havde et fint ophold med meget søde og imødekommende værter, og stedet har en hyggelig og charmerende atmosfære, især ved poolen. Desværre lever standarden på lejligheden ikke op til det samme. "Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast options. Would have been nice if the spa facilities had been available for hotel residents at a more reasonable cost. Shower cubicle was quite small and room was next to the lift so a little noisy at times."

"All was excellent, was suprised that had to pay additional fee for chairs and umbrella on beach!"
