"my husband and I planned a weekend getaway for our anniversary. I was nervous about booking because you just never know. We loved it! Communication by text was great. very easy!. Location, cottage all was great. I loved the pool! Two small things i would have liked - an extra door lock to lock door from the inside would be great. I like the key pad. "Amy’s property was perfect for 9 of us. We were in town for Beach Blast soccer tournament and everything we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had air conditioning in them. The 3rd bedroom had an upright fan in it so to keep that room cool you do need to keep the door open so that it stays cool with the living room and kitchen air conditioning running. "It was great for a long weekend getaway with the family. Dog and kid friendly. We took the bikes for a boardwalk cruise which was great. The room itself was great, beautifully updated."

"The property was as described and met our expectations to the fullest. The owner was very pleasant and positive. He even allowed me to take our daughter out on his boat. She loved it! Feeding the birds was our favorite. Over all it felt like home especially the neighbor yelling for his two cats Pepper and Ginger every day to feed. lol we will definitely come back. PS. The view was amazing!!!! Thanks a bunch to Rob!"

"Such a quaint little house. My husband and I brought our daughter and her two friends to go to the country music fest. The original house we rented got flooded and we had to find another place to stay. This house was just what we needed. We wanted to be close enough to get to the beach and boardwalk daily. We didn’t spend much time in the house as we were at the beach and festival. Having 5 people was tight so I having six will be super crammed. Make sure to bring cooking items, dishes/paper...

"Enjoyed the stay, I’ve stayed at a couple different units at this location. This was the best. Didn’t have an assigned parking spot like the other units but you are provided with a parking pass for the street parking so it worked out just as good. I liked that this unit is at the ground level right next to the pool. Already have another trip booked"
