Couldn't Get Enough of the View!

Perfectly sized apartment for 2 with a killer view & balcony to the west! Everything was close by car, the city center, beaches, parks, shops. The Beach House restaurant just down the hill had great food and drinks and live entertainment. Great week there!

We were delighted with our stay in this condo. It is exactly as described; very clean, comfortable bed, lovely view and so very convenient to the local beaches, marvelous restaurants and surfing spots.Our correspondence with the owner was timely and I would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

Cozy Home away from home

Great Location

This was a wonderful spot to stay while visiting Rincon. Centrally located in a nice local neighborhood with a great ocean view from the balcony. Perfect for 2 people. Many restaurants and bars very close. We enjoyed going to the Red Flamboyan, Big Kahuna Burger Bar, the Beach House and English Rose. Ivan was good to deal with.

Perfect place for two

We loved the very clean apartment. The sunsets were amazing and had coffee every morning on the balcony. The mileage listings of popular spots was inaccurate. My daughter and fiancée were at Black Eagle Marina which the site said was .02 mi away and it was 2 mi. They had to constantly pick us up since we shared a car. That’s my only complaint. Beautiful place and would definitely return

The view was amazing you could see the ocean and hear the waves from the balcony. The location is within walking distanc of several beaches and the Rincon light house. If you don't like up hill walked however there is lots of parking. I will definitely be staying here again my next trip to Puerto Rico! Also surf shop (stoked) just down the road has amazing breakfast empanadas and the best chia tea. And surfing lessons.

Nice place near Beaches and Eateries

I had a very nice stay in Ivan's house. It's super close to beaches and THE BEACH HOUSE (Drinks, Food, AMAZING VIEWS) AND Caddies Calypso Bar, another good option. Of course he has a full kitchen and laundry, everything you need to make a little home base for all your Rincon Activities. If I return to Rincon I will stay here again for sure! Thanks!

Accomodating host & great ocean view!

This is a comfortable place with an amazing sunset view. It has the basics and the wifi was great for working in the apartment. Ivan was a very responsive and accomodating host!
