With 50 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 4 people, featuring a bedroom with a double bed and two single sofa beds in the living room.

There is an assigned parking space, subject to availability, inside the courtyard (NOT covered).



It is 40 meters from the beach, and the historic center is a 20-minute ride away by public transportation.



The interior is laid out as follows:



LIVING AREA. Two single sofa beds, TV, portable fan, dining table, and kitchenette complete with a four-burner gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, refrigerator and freezer, electric toaster oven, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. Split AC unit.

BEDROOM. Double bed, two nightstands with lamps, closet. Split-system air conditioner.

BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer; washing machine.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

- From Rimini Station, you can take bus no. 11 toward Riccione to the “Regina Elena” stop, located right in front of the property. Alternatively, you can walk to the apartment in about 25 minutes along the picturesque waterfront.



From Rimini’s Federico Fellini International Airport, the closest to the city, you can reach the property in about 15 minutes by car or taxi.



If you’re traveling by car, there is a designated parking space, subject to availability, in the courtyard (NOT covered).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Late check-in:

- From 21:30 - 23:00:25.00 euros;

- From 23:00 - 24:00:30.00 euros;
