"Check in was easy. Max met us and showed us where everything was at. Max and Anne even met us at departure to wish us safe travels. I’ve stayed at many places and this place offers the most amount of amenities, from cleaning supplies to coffee to odd and end things like sunburn care. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. It is located on the back side of their home, but my privacy was maintained. The landscape around the pool and home offer plenty of privacy. Replies to my messages were quick. ...

"Definitely the nicest rental house we have stayed at in Gainesville. Only critique would be that the grass in the back yard needed to be mowed. It was overgrown and full of stickers, so the kids couldn’t run around back there"
