"This was better than I expected. I would love to come and stay for a week and just relax. It is on a quiet farm the back of the property in the woods right on a stream and with the fall colors having all the windows on the ceiling and around the room were amazing. The bathroom you do have to go outside to use what it’s attached to the building and it has a little heater so it was not a big deal. It was magical to say the least. I would stay here again and highly recommend recommended to others. "

"Cabin was great, but the pull out couch mattress was very springy and uncomfortable to sleep on, in addition to the fact that it was completely missing the sheets and no one from the office picked up our calls when we realized it.
Overall, everything else was ok and clean."

"Stepping into this little cottage gave me the sense of being at a family members house. It was comfortable, quaint and familiar. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen could use a little TLC(maybe some shelf liners) and a note to those that like to sleep in...there are only sheer curtains on the bedroom windows, no blinds. I would stay again if ever back in the area."

"The Blue Door Cottage is a wonderful get-a-way. The guesthouse is warm and inviting. The grounds are beautiful. The pictures on the site are on point. Our family enjoyed walking to see the neighbors' alpaca and horses. Would definitely recommend."
