"預訂一泊二食的行程，但辦理入住時前台完全沒有提到晚餐，而是問了之後才回覆時間到就可以直接來，讓人疑惑是不是基本住宿就有含餐，而不用特別加價？晚餐品項很少，若要加價購買不太建議！而且晚餐已經有基本飲料，但一入座吧台人員就來問你要喝什麼，也沒有拿飲料單，根本不知道有什麼，只能隨便講一個可樂，會讓人直覺以為是晚餐套餐就有的，結果吃完離座卻被攔下來說餐不用付費，但飲料要付費，搞得一副我要吃霸王餐一樣，讓人非常不舒服，非常尷尬！"
