"Major issues with guest elevators. Was told that they do not work well when the temperature is hot?? Did not work the majority of the time. Aware of at least one couple that got stuck in the elevator for up to an hour and a half before being rescued by the fire department. I had to resort to using the staff elevator . "They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. "The price was affordable"

"Checked in and checked out the same day. Worst hotel ever and will never book there again. Even the employees called it a ghetto hotel. The manager was never available and we had to go back the following day three times to make sure we received our refund. The room was awful and falling apart plus they had no necessities for an extended stay. The hallway also smelled terrible and we did not feel safe staying at this hotel."
