From the time I stepped to the front desk, until my departure, this hotel was absolutely FABULOUS! Two young ladies made my first trip to the ATL memorable - Jessica and Crystal. Jessica checked me in and asked me my preference of a lower or higher floor, to only place me on a floor with a stunning view. She was warm, friendly and greeted me with a smile. Crystal was an absolute jewel and treated me like I was royalty. For the first few days, I knew her through telephone calls. Then, I decided I had to meet her and thank her for her kindness. This stay was ten 🌟 and I plan on staying there on my next trip.

The room was clean and decorated lovely. The amenities in the room were exactly what we needed. They even provided a razor which we had forgot. The robes were comfy to use after a hot shower and made relaxing much easier. Jamal was the concierge that greeted us and was an absolute delight. He made sure to greet us when we came back into the hotel whenever he saw us.
