Waterfront rústico cabaña lago Wateree

AGUA DEL LAGO:

¡La escapada perfecta frente al lago para todas las estaciones! Esta casa tiene un atractivo muy natural y rústico. Ubicada en un lote arbolado con mucha sombra, la casa está revestida con revestimiento de madera de corte áspero y tiene madera en los pisos y las paredes interiores. Una gran sala de estar espaciosa con techos abovedados y chimenea. Una cocina cálida y acogedora con gran despensa.

El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el piso principal, mientras que los 2 dormitorios adicionales se encuentran arriba. Un lote muy inclinado hace que el acceso al lago y al muelle sea muy fácil.

La propiedad consta de un muelle privado y un muelle flotante, así como una rampa para botes de concreto para lanzar sus propios botes o motos acuáticas. También hay un drive cubierto a través del cobertizo para mantener su bote alejado del clima si lo desea.

La casa está ubicada en una cala tranquila junto al lago principal. También se encuentra en una calle sin salida, por lo que la privacidad, la paz y la tranquilidad son casi una garantía. ¡Un hogar muy agradable para su escapada de fin de semana o vacaciones familiares!

We LOVE staying in this cozy cabin! It’s perfect for a lake get away. Me and my husband and parents always enjoy a long weekend fishing here every year! The owners are wonderful and communication is excellent! We will see you next year!

This was just the getaway we needed! Secluded, quiet, and the home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! We were able to fish, grill and enjoy priceless family time. The host (Deborah) was so very responsive and quite hospitable. Her phone call prior to check in was the icing on the cake! Will definitely be renting this home again in the very near future. Thank you!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very easy to access and walk around due to the flat areas which was important to us with aging parents with some disabilities. We enjoyed the cabin feel and how big the porch was to hang out and eat dinner overlooking the water. The big porch made it easy to have eyes on the kids at all times. Communication was excellent also. Will definitely be back!

Favorite Family Vacay

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times, and my kids love it! They enjoy the covered porch and swimming off the dock. My husband has a boat, and the boat ramp is nearby. I really enjoyed shopping at the antique stores and gift shops in Ridgeway. The house is clean, supplied with everything we needed, and the owners were accessible if we needed anything. We definitely hope to come back!

Restful Retreat

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. We really enjoyed the house, watching the wildlife, and enjoying the peace of the lake. Debra was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely book this house again.

BEAUTIFUL LAKE CABIN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We've rented many houses on Lake Wateree. This is the nicest house we've rented in this area. Even better, this isn't a house, it's a cabin, and very nice. It's spacious and very clean.It's two stories. The upstairs bedrooms have balconies overlooking the lake.The yard is immaculate, easy to walk around. There's an outdoor firepit, charcoal grill, and a large porch. Beautiful views of the lake. My husband had some great fishing from the dock. The owner is a very nice person. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return. Mendoza family.

One of my favorites

The house and lot are a great fit for our group. We spend a lot of time on the water, but when it’s time to stop, we want to relax in the shade. Several boat launches are close by and the dock has plenty of room for our boat. Water depth can vary, so check with Duke Power for the latest information. Plenty of parking for your vehicle as well. Deer visit the neighbors each night at 3am, so if you’re staying upstairs and facing the yard, shut your blinds. Motion sensor lights may wake you up. I enjoyed the deer, but you may not. HaOwners are great. We have rented the home on multiple occasions and will be back this Fall.
