"Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The whole place in CLEAN. There was a lady that asked us at breakfast how our stay was and they asked again when leaving. Very nice people that I talked to and would stay again."

"We have stayed here before because this hotel is right across the street from the concert venue we frequent. As always, the staff was AMAZING and accommodating. It was chaotic busy in Des Moines with the state fair travelers but it was calm and relaxing inside the hotel! We will definitely keep this hotel as our go to place any time we stay in Des Moines."

"This hotel experience was good from beginning to end. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning was turned on when we got into the room after a long day at the fair, the room was clean. Breakfast was good…all in a great place to stay."

"It is clean. The furniture is quite new. It is closed to many food and shopping places. The suite I stayed has a compacted well equipped small kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher as well as pots and plates. Very nice hotel for a reasonable price."

"Great place for family. We loved the hot tub and firepit outside. "

"Our family had an amazing time. With both breakfast and dinner included with drinks, we were thrilled at every opportunity to save money. The hotel was very clean and well kept as well as the rooms. The staff were all very pleasant nice and seem to do their jobs very well. We are now fans and looking to stay and return again."

"We had a great experience. Comfy beds, super nice and clean place, great people. The only thing that was weird for our party of 5 is there was no door to the shower for privacy. Not a huge deal, but just fyi. "

"Very fun, funky hotel. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. Staff were wonderful and helpful. I was initially concerned about street noise, but I ended up sleeping like a baby. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. I would stay here again, no hesitation."

"Rooms and lobby very clean and spacious. Front desk very nice. Pool/spa area was nice and clean, ran out of towels but not the fault of staff pool was very very busy and hotel was fully booked."

"We stayed at this property for the first time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get in until late, so we didn’t get as much time to spend here. Typically I don’t do a review but I didn’t want to pass up the chance. If you are debating if you should stay here….I at BOOK IT! This was one of the very best places I have ever stayed. It was a beautiful facility, very clean and well-kept. I left feeling like I can’t wait to visit again! In fact, we decided to stay and extra night, but there were not...
