The doors to each unit can be locked to prevent access from the utility room, if you wish. Each side has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and streaming services. One side has TVs in bedrooms and the other does not. But the side without the TVs in bedrooms has more updated...

"Very nice & clean property. Stayed here to have a small game night with family. The master bedroom has the only comfortable bed but other than that, the property itself was lovely. Fully stocked kitchen (plates,cups,glass,coiking materials) the only downside was the small garage can that had a broken foot pedal & the same small stairs leading into the house."

"We enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect place for us. The living room has two large, very comfortable couches. There is a smart TV so we did not have to do any logging in to our accounts. Kitchen is very spacious with plenty of counter space. Kroger and Dollar General are 4 minutes away which was real nice. There is a bathroom on 1st floor. The two bedrooms up stairs have regular closing doors and share a large walk in shower. I can say I have no complaints."
