Enjoy an open, roomy and bright second floor apartment in the Richmond Bellevue neighborhhood. Easy access from Interstates 95/64 and just minutes to downtown, Scotts Addition or Carytown, Bellevue has multiple restaurants, coffee and wine bars and shops within walking distance. Enjoy easily accessed off-street parking and a large outdoor deck. The yard is fenced for those traveling with their pets. The apartment interior has a high end kitchen with all the amenities you would expect of a fully stocked cooking or entertaining area, The apartment has a large open floor plan and comfy dining or living room seating for relaxing during your stay. The second floor access allows you a safe and sunny place to work from home, enjoy a Ruchmond sightseeing vacation or enjoy many of the RVA special events within a short drive or walk of your Brook Road Retreat.

This is our second stay. The location is very convenient, including a very short walk to a great coffee and pastry shop. The place is very clean and well set up for guests. When we visit Richmond again we’ll stay there again.

Loved the second story, rustic yet modern style of this property. The kitchen had awesome appliances and cookware and the deck/fenced in yard was perfect for our pooch to enjoy time outside. The host responded in seconds to any request we had (even lengthening our stay due to changing tournament schedule). Highly recommend! We also enjoyed the cute restaurants that are only steps away.

We had a wonderful stay at the Richmond Retreat! The home away from home is well appointed with the basics, super comfortable, and beautiful! The home is well located near several shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back next time we are in Richmond.

It was a very cozy and quiet place with comfortablemaster bed and cushy sofa for TV viewing...Loved the old feel of wooden floors and original metal frame, crank out windows. The Kitchen was large andadequate for any type of cooking or dining. Bathroom was small but shower had plenty of room.The place wasset in charming north side neighborhood with a smallbakery half a block away for early morning pastries andbreads. It is an upstairs unit that provides great sight lines from large deck with table and deck chairs, but that can be an obstacle for older or plus size people, just saying...overall a very peaceful stay with a few days of rain that is just perfect for relaxing and catching up on sleep.The surrounding Bellevue neighborhood is lush and green just perfect for a walk about

This apartment was perfect for my family and I, including our 8 month old and a pup! It’s in one of my favorite Richmond neighborhoods walkable to great restaurants, bakeries, shops, and Bryant park which has a fantastic farmers market on Saturdays year round! The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful and the apartment was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!

We stayed 1 night as we had games to attend Friday and Saturday for the VHSL state championships. We were a short 5 min drive to VCU and bonus there is a CVS just across the street so if you forget anything or just need something they probably have it. The host Jen was great. She made everything smooth and simple. :)We will stay again.

I truly don’t know where to start with this beautiful place.I messaged the host before I came that I was using the space to host 5 of my closest friends for my 25th birthday and to cook them a 3 course meal from scratch. The host was prompt, kind and informative. When we arrived we had already packed everything we needed to cook but to our suprise when we arrived the air b n b was not only stunning but had everything you could possibly need! Dog leashes and bowls, artisan knives, ceramic serving platters and dishes that elevate any event you name it. There were plenty of pots pans and containers as well and everything was so high caliber including the bedding. I slept amazing, and I loved every minute spent in this clean spacious paradise. I seriously can’t wait to come back again!

A beautiful space, sunny and comfortable. We stayed right after the holidays so didn't feel like cooking but the kitchen would be amazing for a dinner at home. Owner was easy to communicate with. 10 minutes to everything we wanted to do.

We enjoyed our trip in the clean, well-maintained, and cozy stay in the Bellevue Neighborhood. Walkable to some local restaurants and cafes and a short drive to the popular Scott's Addition and Carytown. Jen was a great host and provided multiple recommendations. Our golden retrievers also enjoyed the backyard!

Enjoyed the 2nd floor of this house! Great windows and lots of sunshine! Nice kitchen and cookware! We had a Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings. Great stove with extra oven! The grill outside could use some attention, but other than that, it was very nice!
