  • Esta PROPIEDAD PREMIER se llama About Time y celebra pasar tiempo junto con sus personas favoritas. El tiempo es el mejor regalo que podemos darnos unos a otros. Tiene capacidad para 16 personas cómodamente, pero puede acomodar hasta 22 si desea dormir en sofás. Esta casa de 5 dormitorios (2 en la planta baja), 3 baños en el lago Elizabeth, tiene un amplio patio para juegos de césped, muelle privado, cancha de baloncesto, hoyo de maíz, MUCHOS juegos y está rodeada por una hermosa área de conservación con 1. 7 millas de caminata senderos - verdadera belleza!

    Para nadar, recomendamos tomar el bote hasta el banco de arena en el lado sur del lago o conducir a la playa de Twin Lakes en Lake Mary 5 minutos al norte.

    Un gormet Chef está disponible si lo desea, de lo contrario, asar a la parrilla hacia atrás o hacia abajo por el agua, relajarse en la hamaca o pescar en el muelle, lo que desee: nadar en este lago alimentado por manantiales ofrece lo mejor de lo mejor. Traiga sus balsas y juguetes para el agua. Solo 1 bar / restaurante (Sand Bar) en el lago, por lo que es más tranquilo y tiene 750 acres, perfecto para esquiar y pescar.     El lago de Ginebra está a 15 minutos y vale la pena conducir para hacer un recorrido en bote de remos. Ya es hora de que disfrutes del lugar tanto como nosotros. ¡Bienvenido!

We had a great experience with our adult kids and grandkids. It’s satisfied all 17 of us! And the Property owner said the house was loaded, he was correct, it has everything in there that you can think of. We rented pontoon boats and jet skis nearby. The weather all perfect all week and the kids all want to come back.

We recently stayed at the Richmond house for the 4th of July. Jeff set the tone of the trip by calling right before we left for his house to welcome us and to give us recommendations. Even though we did not have amazing weather, it did not matter, because the house is spacious with plenty to do. Our teens especially enjoyed the basement area which has plenty of sleeping space along with a bathroom and kitchenette. We also took Jeff's recommendation and rented from Twin Lakes Boat Rental, who were also very responsive and professional. We were able to get out on the lake several times with one of their pontoons and enjoy the sand bar. My nephew who loves to fish also availed of the kayaks and fishing boat and was able to catch some fish on the lake. We exclusively rent houses that are dog friendly because we want to bring our furry family members with us, and the large backyard is great for the dogs.My husband left one of his shirts at the house. Not only did Jeff let us know about this forgotten item, but he immediately mailed it to our house--free of charge!Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect for hosting a big family party and great space for a getaway! The host helped us with a boat rental and the house was well-stocked with towels and kitchen/bathroom essentials as well as water toys to use on the lake! We had a blast!

Weekend getaway

We had a great weekend getaway with our friends and our one-year-olds! House was comfortably sized, large backyard leading to the lake, and very peaceful views of the lake! Would stay again!

We had a great stay at the lakehouse! The property was super nice—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The owner was very communicative and made the entire process smooth. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Friends and family get away

We really enjoyed the spacious living areas for game nights and fun family meals. We would definitely return in summer to enjoy the water as well!

Beautiful view of lake

For a group of 12-14 with small children or 10-12 adults, this is a comfortable space with a large living room, a great view of the lake and dock access for boating. The area is nice with lot of small towns nearby and nice places to hike nearby

Comfortable and Quiet Stay

The house felt like home, the yard was perfect. I imagined a summer baseball game. The neighborhood was close to plenty of activities, while being far enough away for peaceful quiet nights. Contact was easy, and accessible the whole stay. Would gladly stay again!

Lake view rental

Our family had a great time relaxing at the Lakeview house. There were things for all ages to enjoy and places for a quiet retreat if you were looking for one. The house was clean, spaceous and well furnished. We hope to return next year.

Summer Trip

The property was exactly as described and Jeff was a great host. Space is great and plenty of room for our party to spread out. Bonus was location next to the Sand Bar as we were able to drop our boat there and in less than a minute be at the house where we were able to keep it.
