It located in Richmond's charming and historic Malvern gardens! Just blocks from the Scott's addition and next door to Museum district. It offers 2 bedrooms 1 bath with a spacious shower and kitchen. A great overnight space or comfortable long stay for those wanting to explore the cities great food, breweries, parks, and trails!

The Space:
This house is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 7 people. It is an upstairs unit in a duplex building.
⭐Bedroom1: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv.
⭐Bedroom2: 2 comfortable twin beds and a dedicated working desks with a smart TV.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
⭐Dinning room: The dining room has a large dinning space, which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.
⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
⭐Internet: High speed WI-FI internet
⭐Free parking space on premises behind the house access to alleyway.

You can access the front door If you park on the street. There is also private parking behind the house.

Just what we needed for a long weekend stay. Very good property and manager.

Overall a very good property. Clean, neat, well provisioned. One caution: front door of apartment does not have a fixed lock. This unit is on the 2nd floor with a unit below. The front door of the apartment only has a safety chain. When you leave the apartment, and any valuables you don’t wish to carry with you, you can only ‘lock’ the front door with the chain and exit through back open porch steps. (This may be difficult with small children or elders in bad weather.) Otherwise the apartment remains unlocked while you are out. Owners explained that no one could access our unit but the apartment below us was occupied with what also appeared to be a guest rental (the door of the unit below had a realtor’s lock box key entry) If you don’t exit from the rear, anyone in the apartment below can enter this unit at will. Renters should consider their sense of safety before occupying this unit. If this unit had a door lock, I would have rated 5 across all categories.

I stayed here with my husband and 5 year old son while visiting a friend. Our stay was lovely- the apartment is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the home is considerately stocked with the basics. My son also enjoyed finding the toys in the house. The home is in a convenient location. Mei was very communicative and check-in and check-out was simple.

The unit was comfortable and met our needs. Communication with the host was good and check in was an easy process. Good location too. This was the first Vrbo we’ve stayed at that didn’t charge us a pet fee! Very thankful that our small fur baby was treated like a true member of the family!
