Layout Note (Important):



This home is part of a duplex and shares a wall with a neighboring unit. There is a connecting door between the two units.



When booked separately, the connecting door is securely locked at all times, and there is no access between spaces, ensuring your stay remains private and secure.



As with most duplex-style homes, there may be minimal sound transfer. We also have quiet hours in place to provide a comfortable experience for all guests.



Guest Access:

You'll have complete access to the entire house during your stay. This includes three private bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one full and one half), and convenient laundry facilities. Outside, you can enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard, the charming front porch, and the outdoor seating area. All amenities are available for your use, including kitchen appliances, laundry, Smart TVs, books, and board games. A private entrance ensures easy access.

Getting Around:

Getting around from our Richmond home is a breeze! We offer free parking on the premises and street parking. The GRTC Pulse bus line is within walking distance, providing easy access to downtown Richmond and other key areas. Driving to Richmond International Airport (RIC) takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Major transit hubs like Main Street Station are a short drive away. Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
