Fully fenced backyard with a fire-pit, dining and outdoor games yard. Featuring additional parking in the behind the fence gate in the backyard to accommodate for more vehicles. Just blocks from Northside favorite restaurant, The Smokey Mug.

Every inch of this home has an updated touch of modern elegance you are sure to love. Walking inside off the full front porch you are greeted into a spacious open concept first floor with refinished wood floors, and recessed lighting.

Our cleaning crew is top of the line. The cleaners pay attention to detail and clean every surface of the property, top to bottom with strong disinfectant! We make sure you feel as though nobody has used the property before you. You will enter to a fresh smell of linens, natural air freshener, and a clean home!

House looked better in pictures / it smelled bad

Parking was crowded along the front of the house hard to find a spot. Around back by the gate was crowded too, and the neighborhood in the back a little sketchy. The pictures looked a lot better in the VRBO once we got there, we found dirt wrappers the house smelled there like someone’s been smoking weed in it. We had to go buy spray. We went through and cleaned and sprayed down everything. There was an ant problem, which looks like they had tried to take care of those ant traps everywhere. Beds in the rooms were uncomfortable. The ones upstairs were very low to the ground and hard to get out of . Other than that very large Kitchen large area to play games with Family and hang out. The neighbors wasn’t as friendly. Not somewhere where I’d stay again. The owners did communicate very well, which appreciated that very fast responses. I thought the house was very reasonable priced.I just think that they needed to double check their housekeeper when it comes to cleaning.

The house was absolutely as represented on vrbo. It was spacious and completly updated. Top of the line appliances, amd a very nice comfortable stay for our party of 5. Did not like the living room couch was not comfortable and the grill was not usable as it kept tripping the electrical outlet. Only 2 complaints and very minor, but all in all a wonderful house

Great house, neighborhood is transitional at best

The house was very nicely done and extremely clean with comfortable furniture and bedding. The kitchen and baths were all nice. The neighborhood wasn’t great. Most of the houses on the block are well-kept but there is a concerning apartment complex at the end of the street with some boarded up windows and doors that looked a little scary.

What a gem!

This house is a rare find! Loved staying here for a few days while we were in town for a wedding. Nice location, big house, great customer service. Couple of highlights: Communication with rental company: Super great customer service. Fast to respond to notes, very helpful, and flexible. Neighborhood: House sits on a super cute, quiet street with plenty of parking. There is also a few nice parking spots out back - bonus! House: Very well appointed house! Have everything you need for a great stay. Bedrooms are comfortable, big and welcoming. Beds are fantastic. Showers are huge and great. Living room/kitchen area - great space for gathering with family, everything you need for cooking and relaxing at the house. Backyard is the perfect size and has a great seating area. Highly recommend! Will stay here again when in town!!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood

My friends I loved staying here! Everything within the home seemed newly updated, and everything was completely clean, which is rare for a VRBO. The house sits on a quiet street, and all the neighbors seemed friendly! We also loved the adorable front porch and fenced-in backyard. The host was super responsive and kind. Also, the check-in process was probably the easiest I've experienced with VRBO. I will be definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Richmond!
