"The room was nice and clean. Everything looks new and stylish. The bed were clean and comfortable. The washroom were large and clean. Although, it can feel a bit chilly and the ceiling rain shower is a miss. It feels like a water jet from the ceiling. Just use the regular shower head instead. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for downtown."

"Was given a handicap room which we didn’t request, our room door didn’t not completly close and we were away several hours and didn’t know this. Also, TVs weren’t working properly, valet parking was too expensive, bathroom towels were of poor quality, on checkout we discovered we were charged more than quoted(they corrected it). However, staff was great and breakfasts were good."

"The room was the size of a shoebox and it was absolutely painful to try to get an upgrade. For nearly $1,000 to stay I expected gold treatment being on a gold floor. Check in line was 20 minutes wait and they had the wrong last name on file. I waited over an hour for ice and a wine glass and had to call to remind them. Checkout was awful as my valet parking attendant decided not to tell me they were stuck in the underground parking and the gate would not open as I am trying to get ready for a...

"I stayed for one night and worked well but recommend if you are staying for longer. Good location and full suite with fridge. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Had an interesting toilet which I feel might have doubled as a bidet. I was afraid to check though. All was good with the stay. Nice that they have parking onsite and the price is not ridiculous ($25 for day with in/out privileges)"
