"The townhome was perfect for our family. Great location for the beach and shops, restaurants etc. The home was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. "

"It was a very pleasant stay the home is very comfortable and clean and we loved how it was decorated the neighborhood is quiet we will definitely stay again in the future!"

"Very nice and quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Fantastic sunrise views across the river from the multi-level deck. Overall great location to see the local attractions. Quick and easy communications with Robert. House was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Only a few issues with the house in which Robert responded in a timely manner. "We had a very enjoyable stay and the check in was very easy. The living room furniture looked small and uncomfortable but when we sat down it was fantastic! The place was decorated really cute, they provided a lot of bonus features (towels for hot tub, cushions for patio chairs) and the bathroom was roomy and had great water pressure for the shower. "We were a party of six, 4 adults and two younger children. The property was very clean and quiet. Despite being really hot outside, it was very comfortable inside. Rick was very attentive to our every need. We were a 10 min drive to the beach (and the beach is really nice!) and a short drive to stores and restaurants. "Peaceful, quiet, relaxing, pet friendly."

"Great location from surf city beach and topsail pier. A couple minute walk down the street takes you to a cool little fishing pier and a great spot where we watched fireworks on the 4th without dealing with all the traffic. Kitchen has anything and everything you need to cook meals. It was big enough to fit our large family for card games and meals. Awesome spot I would recommend to anyone traveling to that area."
