"This is our second stay and it went well. The place pet friendly, is spotless and all the amenities are great.The only difference this time was there was a person upstairs who we could clearly hear walking around and they had a small dog who barked quite a bit (but not at night thankfully) We would stay here again."

"We had lived in this area while working in town, so felt comfortable in neighborhood. The stree is busier now since new bridge connecting businesses across river. However, still remarkably quiet since traffic died down after commuters went home. Renovation nice. Back yard private and nice little patio. Bed comfortable. Hate-did I say hate? Even worse, deplore streaming TV!Little touches need to happen: box of tissues; curtains in bedrooms-need extra panel in each room to close off outside...

"My husband & I stayed w/my sister and her husband. The view was better than in the pictures. The house was laid out well & had everything we needed. It was way more room than we needed but we'd stay again since we liked it so much. It would be a great place for a much bigger group."

"Home is amazingly clean very updated cute furnishings. Has nice enclosed patio with fenced backyard for the pups. Owner was the best. Loved it. "

"The property was wonderful. Clean, spacious, and supplied with coffee, tea, and condiments. It was also within 5 minutes of our after funeral gathering at a family home. The request notebook was easy to follow leaving the premises exactly as we found them with the exception of soiled linens. Having no worries about our stay during a family tragedy was a plus."

"Nice clean and conveniently located. A few spiders and ear wigs maybe cause it was warning up. The place kind of had a hint of cats with a couple on the back porch that wanted in. Thankful there wasn't any hair or dander inside and our allergies weren't bothered! We'd stay agin, thanks guys!"

"This property was very nice. It was clean. The kitchen was updated and open; we didn't cook, but if we had there were dishes for 4 people and we had reserved for 6. Same for towels in the bathroom; we had reserved for 6. Luckily one person did not come which worked as there were 5 towels. The listing says 1 bathroom, but there were 2: one with just a shower, and one with a tub/shower combination. We would stay here again."

"As advertised, it was very quiet, which was great for being in town for an athletic tournament—easy to rest and nap between games during the day. Host was friendly and immediately responsive when our entry code didn’t work at first. The scent of the laundry detergent used to wash the towels/sheets was a bit strong for me personally, but that was the only negative, so no major negatives/dealbreakers. Would stay again if coming to this tournament again next year."

"We didn't realize the historical significance of this home and area. The beauty found in this 1910 home, combined with the renovations and the ecliptic decor made our stay delightful. The outdoors, walking trails and neighborhood gave us exactly what we had hoped for. Thank you!"

"Very spacious! Comfy. Located in a great neighborhood. Very convenient to grocery stores, coffee, the river, etc. We stayed at this house two years ago and had issues with cigarette smoke from the basement apartment renters wafting into the house, however, there was no hint of smoke this time and we had a very pleasant stay. The master bedroom was large and with its own bathroom. The game room with the fussball and ping pong table was a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.
