The VRBO is located in the residential section of a small rural town in central Utah. The owner lives next door and available should one require assistance. The unit is a well planned small home conversion utilizing the available space extremely well. The conversion was very well done resulting in a well appointed apartment with all the necessary appliances . The unit was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast items were supplied in the refridgerator for the renter. We were very pleased with our stay and would welcome a return visit.

Fresh eggs cheese and mushrooms were good. The cabin was clean enough but there were some slow-moving small ants in the bathroom and kitchen (the room with the dining table and sink. We didn't bring a pet. It's a quirky layout but I think that they did the best they could with the layout. The stairs are a work of art and surprisingly easy to climb.

Super cute tiny house! We weren’t there for long, or very much, but it was great while we were there! We were in town for an all-night softball tournament, so only used the house for about 5 hours of sleep before heading home, but the beds were very soft and comfortable, the house was clean, and it had a lot of personality! The outdoor patio was cute, the garden looked amazing, and my daughter loved seeing the Jersey cows in the back stable! Eggs, cheese, vegetables, and pancake mix was provided, and I loved that they offered farm-to-table dinners if you give them enough notice. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Perfect getaway spot

We loved our stay at the Layton Lofthouse! Deann and Chris were amazing hosts. Our stay was very comfortable and we loved the fresh farm eggs every morning for breakfast. I would highly recommend this property to those who want a quiet peaceful place to stay! We will definitely stay here again on the future!

Perfect Small Town Get Away

Leann and Chris were fantastic! Their loft is fun, cozy, and has a comfortable bed! We really enjoyed the laid/back feeling of Manti. It was just the reset we needed. And...their fresh farm breakfast and dinner were was delicious! We will be back!

So cute!

This is such an adorable little home! The hosts were so kind! We took advantage of their steak dinner and homemade ice cream add on. Sooo yummy! My only complaint is i forgot i wanted to go pet their cows! Lol! Would 1/10 stay here again.

Lovely little place

Just what I need for a short weekend to visit a friend. Walking in the neighborhood with my dog was lovely and I enjoyed looking at all the old pioneer homes. In addition, saw a couple of deer on our walks. Don’t see that in the city! Lol
