"My kids liked the breakfast options. Rooms were old with small pillows, but adequate for one night. Loud phone blasting a show at the front desk in the morning."

"Other than the friendly front desk staff nothing about this place would have me returning. It’s just run down and filthy. The rooms smell horrible, the connecting door in our room had a broken, hanging handle. The air was either full blast loud or nothing at all. If we hadn’t been on the road for so long in such horrible traffic and just needed a couple hours of sleep so badly we likely would not have stayed. 100% would not recommend this place."

"We really liked staying here. Breakfast was good, room was great and cool. Big enough for us and our kids and their medical needs. Location was great. Felt safe. Not a noisy area. Son enjoyed the indoor pool. Property and room were clean. The night time check in lady wasn’t very friendly. "

"Pros…bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, pool was ok, hot tub needs resurfacing, breakfast was nice. Cons…mold on the bathroom and on the window, room was very dirty, hallways smelled bad, flooring was coming up in hall, elevator, and room, towel bars and toilet paper holder rusted. I can’t believe Wyndham has their name on this place. We won’t use this hotel again."

"The rooms were not as clean as expected from the pictures. The hotel smelled musty in the hallways. The bathroom door had something dripping down it (dried) but also a hand print with whatever was dripping down it. The room itself was fine juat for a quick over night stay. But overall kind of disappointing after the pictures and reviews saying how clean it was. "

"Very clean and new but we cut our stay short because the pillows were so tiny and not comfy and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were only 2 each of bowls, plates, spoons, forks etc. The dishwasher and fridge were full size, but we would have to run the dishwasher after every snack or meal. They provided dishwasher tablets and no dish soap so handwashing a couple of items wasn’t possible. There were apsi only 3 towels provided for our king room with a 3 night stay for 2 guests. It’s...

"Breakfast was a full disappointment, very little to choose from and what they had was not good at all. Pink pancakes 🙃 scrambled eggs very dry, no pastry, no yogurt. Room was clean but carpet in the hallway was dirty and spotty. The evening check in gentleman was very friendly and talking with everyone to compare to the lady who checked us out, didn’t even talked to us. Parking was very safe and well maintained. "

"The hotel was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, I drove an hour out of the way to have a hot tub and when I got to the pool area the hot tub was broken. The front desk didn’t notify me of this even though I specifically mentioned during checkout that I was heading to the hot tub immediately. Once I got to the pool area and found the hot tub not working I called the front desk I was told there was a maintenance man coming to fix it. I waited hopefully for quite a...
